Free Translator (available here) provides an interface to the free Google Translate API for many languages. Choose from Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polis, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, and Vietnamese. When you come across something foreign that you can't read, you'll have quick access to an English translation.
