TikiLIVE iPhone Broadcaster from Eyepartner is a streaming application for the PC that allows you stream live events and on-demand video to the iPhone and iPod touch. It can be used to broadcast movies, live concerts, Linear TV stations, corporate events, etc. Once TikiLIVE is downloaded, connect a video and audio source to the PC and click "start broadcast". When the broadcasting starts, viewers can find the broadcast by navigating to a unique URL on their iPhone.
